72.5% of players chose the former Manchester City striker as he scored seven goals for the Gunners in pre-season.
He made his debut for Mikel Arteta’s side in their first game of the new season when they faced Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Friday night.
Jesus tormented the Crystal Palace defence in the first half and came close to scoring a superb solo goal.
But the Brazil international struggled after half-time, unable to score before being substituted in the final 10 minutes.
After the game, Sky Sports pundit Gary Neville described Jesus as “vibrant” and “magical”, while his colleague Jamie Carragher praised the Brazilian as “a sensation” in the first half.
But hundreds of FPL players weren’t so convinced by Jesus’ performance.
The official FPL Twitter account confirmed that 610 players had sold Jesus within minutes of the game.
“Talk about being reactionary,” one fan tweeted.
Another added: “610 managers don’t know how to play the FPL.”
Most dangerous in offense, but he didn’t score, so bring him out. These clowns 🤣

Arsenal boss Arteta was quick to praise Jesus after the game and said the Brazilian provided a “fear factor” for his team.
“He’s always on your shoulders, the ball is bouncing, fifty-five, he’s always got that instinct, that ability to get the ball off you,” Arteta told Sky Sports.
“He never stands still, he’s always on the move, he’s ready to make a move, he’s so sharp. For a defender, it’s hard to play against him.”
