A new Genshin Impact leak has revealed that two popular characters, Ganyu and Zhongli, may be back in action in the upcoming update 3.0.
In the past few months, Genshin Impact Introduced an interesting mode of placing a new character in one update and re-running it twice. The banner rerun allows players to pick up an older five-star character from the roster. For example, the ongoing golden flame tapestry banner allows players to pull for popular Pyro bow user Yoimiya.
Recent rumors have been suggesting Genshin Impact Version 3.0 will apparently be a week shorter than the usual update, which would make sense if HoYoverse wants to release a new update on the same day as her second anniversary. A popular leaker has revealed which five-star characters will be featured on the upcoming banner.
One of the most popular leakers named SaveYourPrimos has confirmed that the upcoming double banner will include replays of two popular characters: Zhongli and Ganyu. The game has already indirectly confirmed the 3.0 rerun by announcing only a new five-star character named Tighnari. He’s apparently going to be a new bow and arrow DPS character and the game’s first five-star Dendro character. 3.0 probably won’t be the only shorter update in the future, as this may be the HoYoverse make up in Genshin Impact Update 2.6, which will bring the game back to its normal schedule.
Previous leaks also mentioned that the first Xumi update will apparently have three separate banners, meaning Tighnari, Zhongli, and Ganyu could receive their own limited banners.This isn’t the first time an update has had three banner cycles Genshin Impact Version 1.3 places Xiao, Keqing, and Hu Tao in three different parts of the update. It’s important to note, though, that this happened before the game’s introduction of the double flags mechanic.
Since both Zhongli and Ganyu are S-class characters who previously appeared together on the double banner during 2.4, fans don’t seem to be too disappointed with another set of reruns. Zhongli is probably one of the most popular characters in the game, and he has the ability to adapt to almost every team composition. Ganyu is still considered one of the best DPS characters Genshin Impact Has a unique charge attack that allows her to deal a lot of damage.
Tighnari won’t be the only new character to appear in the first Sumeru update, as the game’s official social media accounts have already confirmed two four-star characters, Collei and Dori.In fact, Collet has always been Genshin ImpactThe official manga for a long time.
