Vampire Survivor Patch 0.10.0 brings new achievements, new characters, and more, including a secret menu that brings the Vampire Survivor cheat system to the game.
0.10.0 is aptly named “The Not One” – it’s a follow-up to version 0.9, but it’s still not the final 1.0 version of the Early Access game. “Sorry to all the 1.0 fans, you guys will have to wait longer,” the developer said in a press release. “Next time!”
The patch introduces two new characters – the delightfully named Cosmo Pavone and Big Trousers – two new achievements, a new arcane spell, a sweet new weapon, as well as some tweaks and bug fixes
The biggest addition is a new, unlockable cheat menu, which developer Poncle teased in a trailer a few days ago. Cheats include things you’d expect — like the ability to unlock new characters, levels, and relics — as well as sillier options like “spinnn” codes that give your UI a spin. Personally, I stick to the big head pattern of my childhood.
With this update, Vampire Survivor will continue to outperform content Commitment in its roadmap (opens in new tab). The game used to have 24 characters, now there are 27 characters – and we have almost all 50 weapons and all 22 arcane spells. On top of that, all the expected stages, power-ups, and relics are clearly in place. After all, maybe 1.0 will actually be “next time”.
Vampire Survivor is one of the biggest games on Steamalthough it doesn’t exactly match the height of the MultiVersus.
