She-Hulk: Legal star Tatiana Maslany teases what we can expect from Daredevil’s appearance on the show as it’s now confirmed Charlie Cox will serve as lawyer by day and attorney by night The return of superheroes.
Maslani said in a recent press conference that “Charlie was great” and “did some great work” on She-Hulk (via TV cable (opens in new tab)). “The tone of our show is so different [from Netflix’s Daredevil], and it’s really interesting to see his character in She-Hulk’s tone. “
Maslany stars as Jennifer Walters, AKA She-Hulk, who begins to transform into a powerful green version of herself after receiving a blood transfusion from her cousin Bruce Banner. Mark Ruffalo will also join Tim Roth’s Abomination, Benedict Wong’s Wong, and MCU newcomer Ginger Gonzaga (Ginger Gonzaga) and Jameela Jamil appear in the series together.
“Watching Matt Murdoch and Jennifer Walters, She-Hulk/Daredevil, head-to-toe and battle wits is something people will love,” added She-Hulk lead writer Jessica High.
“Charlie and Tatiana have such a wonderful chemistry together,” agreed series director Kate Crow. “It was really, really fun to see them together — like, it really felt like an old Howard Hawks movie.” Hawkes was the director of grotesque comedies in the ’30s and ’40s, like Raising a Baby on Fridays and His Girls, these comedies often feature fast-talking male and female protagonists.
