White House press secretary Karin Jean-Pierre draws attention by announcing overturning Supreme Court ruling Roe v Wade is an “unconstitutional act”.
“From day one, when the Supreme Court made this extreme decision to deny constitutional rights, it was their unconstitutional act,” she falsely claimed.
In any case, overturning the previous opinion is not “unconstitutional.”dozens of dozens this situation in the history of the Supreme Court.
In comments made earlier in the briefing, Jean-Pierre alluded to the idea of the Supreme Court “stealing” women’s rights.

However, the Supreme Court ruling did not remove the right to abortion, but declared that the matter should be decided at the state level. Like the Kansas case, it worked exactly as they intended.

But others have not been nearly as merciful to the White House press secretary.
Conservative commentator Ian Miles Cheong bluntly called Jean-Pierre an “idiot,” while podcast host Graham Allen used it as proof that paying tuition at a sober college is worthless.

Biden made the same suggestion
Karine Jean-Pierre’s comments were little different from those of her boss, President Biden. Last month, the president attacked the Supreme Court decision.
“Let’s be clear from the start. This is not a constitutionally driven decision,” he said angrily. “Let me say it again: This is not a constitutionally driven decision.”
Biden then accused the Supreme Court justice of “underplaying the facts” and “exercising raw political power.”

These comments, like those of Jean-Pierre, play with facts. Of course, this is what press secretaries do time and time again.
In the same news conference, she boasted that gas prices had dropped and “saved the average two-car American family more than $90 a month in gas bills.”
In fact, the national average gasoline price is higher than $4/gallon.And, using Jean-Pierre’s logic, a family with two cars costs over $180 more Monthly than when Biden took office.
Karine Jean-Pierre shamelessly boasted that natural gas prices were “down $0.86/gallon from their June peak.”
